A Syndicated Loan incorporates a range of different bank debt offerings which seek to provide a client with a significant amount of short to medium term bank debt with a typical maturity range of 364 days to 5 years and is usually provided by two or more financial institutions.
Our Syndications Group arranges syndicated loans in support of a range of transactions, including corporate loans for working capital and other purposes, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged & management buy-outs and buy-ins, project and structured finance and refinancing of existing facilities. Our capabilities range from leading broadly-syndicated transactions to arranging club bank groups for smaller transactions. Our role is flexible and focussed on identifying and meeting the unique needs of our clients. We can undertake a Lead Debt Role, either on a Sole or on Joint basis with other domestic and foreign financial institutions.
